230???? Your estimation is way off. Short dude (probably less than 5’8″), no legs, pretty lean. I’d say he’s under 200.
I agree, less than 200, probably 180 190 area, he is actually around 5’7 5’8 and is 26 this year, not 23. the guy has clearly been training for a lot longer than people think

Actually I know a couple of guys that height and weight i’d say that is the right weight for Ronnie.I know Mike is the same height so i’d say he is probably 10 lbs to 15 lbs less in weight.
c’mon – you need someone on this sight that knows something about weight. At 5’8″ with around 12% body fat, dude probably weighs 175-180lbs.
I read this and I just started laughing, I saw 230 and was like you gotta be on acid to think that dude weighs 230.. 185-195 tops.
230 sounds about right… maybe 215, at the lowest. Anybody saying he’s under 200 doesn’t know how genetics work. There are many Italians, who are typically short and weigh more than expected, while working out hard and being really bulky and huge.
This shorty is no way over 200. I’m 6’0, built as big or bigger, and I only weigh 220…I’ve been a gym rat since my 4 year stint in the Army over 20 years ago.

Ive stood in the same room as ronnie, im a shade under 5’11. He is closer to 5’6 and was a hair shorter than my friend pete who is 5’7. Thus, being 5’6, its possible he actually is closer to about 190. One thing i will say is he was rather wide.
Have seen him in person thru security in the airport. I have been a strength and conditioning coach and this dude is a little bitch. NO WAY he weighs 185 he is tiny!!!
