Kimberly “Kim” Kardashian Humphries or more famously known as just Kim Kardashian is a name that you read about all the time in gossip magazines. The Armenian-American socialite, model and TV personality is known to be proud of her fuller figure. She have also posed nude for Playboy magazine in 2007.
Her struggle with excess weight took a steep climb when she moved to New York. She was quoted to agreeing that she needs to get on a diet and she needs it fast. Kim Kardashian also said that she loved the food in New York City, from Kit-Kats to hotdogs from the stands to cookies-and-cream ice creams.
With a diet full of junk food and high in calorie, it is no surprise that Kim Kardashian gained 10lbs soon after arriving in New York to film her reality television show ‘Kourtney & Kim Take New York’.

The weight gain drama continues

As filming continues, she continued to gain weight. She was once again lost amidst the junk food of New York City. She told magazines that her weight gain is due to a bad diet plan and the virtually non-existent exercise regime. Kim Kardashian only worked out once during the whole filming period and she admitted to eating everything she can lay her hands on- nuts round the street corner, street meat and hot dogs!
At the peak of her weight gain period, one of her un-photoshopped image leaked out to the public, showing her gigantic thigh full of cellulite. Kim Kardashian was not happy with the photo leak but defended herself and was quoted to say that “I am not perfect, and I have cellulite. But who doesn’t?”
She also gained some harsh criticism from the public regarding her unhealthy weight. The one that stood out though, is from former Miss USA criticizing Kim that she looked like ‘a fat donkey’.

The weight loss battle plan

Finally, Kim Kardashian succumbed to the pressure for a healthier diet and with the help of Jennifer Lopez’s personal trainer came up with a plan. With this plan she brought her weight down from 129lbs to 107lbs or from a size 6 dress to a petite size 2 dress.

How did she do it?

The Kim Kardashian weight loss plan was revealed to the public announcing that she is finally through with the junk food. She much prefers the healthier options and also told the public to try it. It does take some getting used to, but your body will eventually adjust to the healthier diet and you (the public) will love it. She goes on to say that these days, she prefers salads with grilled chicken or turkey burger without the bun.
On top of a healthy diet, Kim Kardashian also goes on a much focused, high intensity workout regime. Kim would start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! She would continue to run until she has covered at least 2 miles. Next comes the weight training sessions that lasts about 30 minutes targeting her arms and her legs. She then tops it off with a bunch of stomach exercises and stretches.
Kim Kardashian also attributed her success in losing the last few stubborn pounds to the use of the product Quick Trim. Kim told the public that she is happy to have found a product that can keep her curves looking their best forever.
Quick Trim is a dieting supplementary system endorsed by Kim Kardashian but media and public reviews hasn’t been encouraging. It is summed up by the public as a Kardashian-sponsored weight loss supplement system with the usual suspects in a fad diet. It consists of a diuretic and laxative laced body detox and a heavily caffeinated thermo genic pill designed to spike resting metabolic rate. Kim Kardashian also swears by the cream that comes with Quick Trim which targets cellulite trouble areas.
While some may not agree with her weight loss approach, it is nevertheless factual that she is now looking hotter than ever before. Let’s hope she can maintain her figure, or while she is looking her prime, take part in more photo-shoots.

well its because kim is an hour glass shape. im hourglass too! when ppl like us gain weight (im 58kg) we gain weight propotionatly all over and it also increases the size of the assets! im 34-28-36 and my bra size is 34 DD.

No way she is less than 150 lbs. Those thighs and buns are Heavy. She is thick all over, but she sure does carry it well. Good for her. I just feel sorry for her new husband in ten years when she balloons to 180 lbs, which is inevitable on her frame. For her sake, she surely made him sign a pre-nup because her earnings totally crush his NBA contract.

There is no way she ways 107, but she does not weigh 150! KRIS- u couldn’t be more wrong! I have her same frame & measurements, I’ve been married for 15 yrs, 2 kids & I would NEVER let myself weigh 180. I would have to work super hard to even get close that weight. Kim has serious curves but as mentioned b4, flat stomache, thin arms, thin legs, small bone structure help with keeping weight down. I’m gonna guess 115-120. Might I add, a person who is FIT 115, will not look the same as a non-fit skinny 115.

Yeah. She’s not a 26. I weigh 104 lbs and I have pretty wide hips, but not as big as hers, and a 26 just barely fits me. If I can’t comfortably fit in them, then she can’t either with those hips.

she has more then just a little bit of ass i mean damn you can set a case of beer and still have room to play spades on her ass ok so i am lying but you get the idea i am not saying she dont have a great ass cause damn the woman has a really great ass an her twins i mean come on there just amazing but she does like to stay in shap of course she does have a fitness video out so i dont know but i would say she is about that weight considering her curves

Her face is perhaps perfection..now if shes had surgery on that face..id say a few minor tweaks..botox, fillins, etc.

Now as far as her being a size 2 and weighing 117..just cant see it at 5 3 with those boobs and ass that probably put her more around 130..Still it dont matter..dont tell me there is one guy on here in this stupid discussion that wouldnt be DTF with her the second she walked in the room…she really would make all of us ssssssttuddDeerrr

I have the similar measurements (40-26-41 and 5’4″) I have always been told I have a large but athletic booty, and I do have a large chest (it runs in my family) but I have been an athlete for my entire life, I was a ballerina for 18 years, played soccer for 16 years, etc. Now with my busy work schedule I run AT LEAST 2 miles a day no matter what the weather. I eat healthy, junk food on very very rare occasions, and I drink water all the time.

I can personally say, there is NO WAY she weighs any less than 145. I weigh 150 pounds and I am as healthy as ever.

As much as I dislike Kim, I have almost the same measurements as her (she’s like one or two inches hippier than I am). I weigh about 133 and I’m flabby. Since she has a flat stomach and is in shape, she could definitely be 120-125 lbs.

This is definitely false, for a multitude of different reasons. First of all, 117-120 at 5’3″ is far from an “unhealthy” weight. I would know, I’m 5’4″ and about 120, and I’m considered on lower end of the weight spectrum for my height. I’m also nowhere near as large as she is. She’s also not 5’3″, she’s closer to 5 ft, maybe 5’1″. I also have bigger boobs than her (32 DDD). She is definitely at least 140, without a doubt.
