You have probably heard about Khloe Kardashian from either magazines or from reality TV shows such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, and Khloe & Lamar.

She is often regarded as the giant of the Kardashian sisters but in her recent launch of the unisex fragrance, Unbreakable, she looks absolutely stunning. Behind all the glitz and glamour though, it is true that Khloe is in a constant struggle with her body weight since her teenage years.

The 5’10” celebrity claimed that she is tall and can hold weight more than a petite person. Her height gives her some advantages in hiding her actual weight by just wearing a baby-doll dress, which is, not surprisingly, one of her favorite outfit.

A Remarkable Weight Loss of 25 lbs

Khloe Kardashian’s most remarkable success in weight loss was right before she was married to Los Angeles Lakers basketball player Lamar Odom in the September of 2009. She lost 25 lbs in just 4 weeks and she was down to a dress size-6, from a dress size-10.

Khloe was extremely happy with the weight loss and revealed to the media that it was the best time in her life. She later disclosed that her success in weight loss was because of the new diet product, QuickTrim. Spreading as fast as wildfire, “Khloe Kardashian gets slim with QuickTrim” became the most popular headline on publications.

After the successful weight lost, Khloe Kardashian’s arms are so much slimmer and her stomach is really flat. The public saw a healthy transformation on Khloe Kardashian and soon after, the QuickTrim craze begin to hit America as woman all around the country tries their hand on the “quick and easy” diet system.

Love Weight

All the glory did not last long though, as right after her wedding, she put on some love weight immediately. Khloe Kardashian wasn’t happy with it, and immediately told the media that she started a workout program and adopting a well-balanced diet in order to bring her body back into shape. Her diet this time around is all about moderation and drinking lots of water.

Khloe avoids red meat and pork while sticking to healthy lean proteins, fresh fruits, veggies and brown grains. She managed to shed 10 pounds in just a few months and the now size-8 reality star did it the healthy way this time.

Yummy Temptations

Just like everyone else, Khloe Kardashian finds it hard to resist when there are so many yummy temptations in New York City. Sweets are especially hard for Khloe to resist and are known to be her major weakness in her struggle with weight.

However, being a socialite and under the scrutiny of the public all the time, she did succumb to the pressure of eating salads and organic foods along with low carbohydrate diet. She admitted publicly that “it (salad and low carb food) is the most boring thing ever”.

Khloe Kardashian weight weakness are sweets which she eats sometimes but not whole servings. She always chooses plain water and iced tea instead of soda, which has a ton of sugar in it.

Khloe Kardashian dislikes routine exercises, so she had her personal trainer come up with a program where every day is different, so that she can have some variety. She starts her day with 30 minutes of cardio in different forms, such as boxing, running, stairs or bike. The program then goes on with another 30 minutes of circuit training incorporating cardio work and resistance training.

Working Out with Buddies

To keep her motivated and in momentum, Khloe Kardashian goes on hiking with her sisters at least 3 times a week because it is fun and she gets to build up her leg muscles without even realizing it. Other than working out with her sisters, she also frequently hit the gym with her best friend, Nicole Richie.

Even though Khloe Kardashian was previously caught in the ever downward spiral of fad diets and all kinds of dieting pills, it is good that she is finally able to balance her lifestyle with healthy eating with regular workout.

I love khloe but there is NO way on God’s green earth that she is weighing in between 125-130… she is 5″9 and weighs no less than 160… I will never believe that, unless they mean she weighs that in outer space!

Never seen Khloe in real life, but I would guess she is very similar to my size. I’m 5’9″ definantly not fat, but I still weigh 170. My lowest weight was 140 and I at that weight was like model skinny. So yes Khloe at least weighs 160. They say camera adds 10 lbs. I still think she is the cutest sister and has the best personality!

I am 5″9 and weigh 158 lbs and absolutely LOVE that I can relate to someone in the public eye like Khloe. I think its sad that most of the flack about her weight is influenced by her sisters and Mom…Last year I weighed 189 lbs and weight on a diet and exercised and went down to 150 and my mom said I was too bony up top…but still I wanted to slim down my thighs..I am at 158 lbs now cuz I gained a lil back and run/cycle/lift weights and just accept my booty now because now I realize that if someone doesnt like it, they are invited to KISS IT!

Omgosh! She is beautiful and skinny! People are honestly blind.
..makes me feel so bad :( she does not weigh 180! She is tall and like everyone else in Hollywood only weighs 115-135. So there is no way in hell that she weighs any more than 147-155. I am 5ft 6in and weigh 164 but when people guess 140..
crazy cause I’m curvy. So just enjoy her because she is a beautiful person and I would love to meet her one day:)

The point is she’s attractive no matter her size/weight. But let’s be honest–she’s a big girl. Probably 5’11 and 170-190. She is most likely a size 10-14. SO WHAT? She looks great and has a feisty spirit. Probably because she EATS.

I can’t really say a lot. i am the same height as Khloe, but here in New Zealand we use ‘kilograms’ not pounds. but 1 kilogram is 2.2pounds therefore I weigh 132 pounds. It is possible for women our height to be skinny. but I idolize her for being so mature and happy with her body. She is the prettiest Kardashian, because she is the most real. :D good on ya Kloe!!!! xx

Ehm, the measurements in cm are fucked up – if she is 38-32-40 in inches, then in cm it would be 97-81-102.

Also, Khloe is cool and pretty, and it doesn’t matter what size she is.

I think everyone needs to realise that her sisters are 5f and tiny! Being compared to them makes khloe look a lot bigger than what she is.
Shes 5″10 and my guess is she weighs 160. If she did weight more it would be due to the weight of her muscle.
SHE IS NOT FAT. She has a flat stomach…

Khloe is def. not fat!! I am 5ft10 and I weigh around 155-160, it just varies. I am by NO means fat, at my smallest I was 115lbs and at 5ft10 that looked sickly!! Now I look like a woman, and have curves!! Khloe is BeAuTiFuL and my fav Kardashian by far!! At least she has a good man, and a great life! She seems to be the most normal of the bunch!

I’m 5’8″, 161 currently. Honestly, OK??? Unlike the weight propaganda here. My body fat is about 24% (normal/healthy). I wear mediums, size 8-10. Last year due to illness I lost 15 lbs. down to 143 or so…my menstrual cycle stopped completely for FIVE months. AT THAT TIME MY DOCTOR STATED THAT I WAS UNDERWEIGHT FOR MY FRAME/BODY TYPE. (I’m 28–so ceasing menstruation–that’s NOT normal). I am quite muscularly built and I don’t rely on scales. Regained some weight and it’s much better/normal. I eat when I’m hungry, try to avoid junk food (occasional treats) work out occasionally, walk 10 miles/weekly. I weigh myself weekly to check in–by no means “obsessed”. If anything, worried I don’t eat enough! If my clothes fit I’m happy. I just want to feel and look my best, and guess what–at 161 that’s it for ME. I believe everyone has a “set point” weight where you are “healthy”. If I weighed 140 or 120 I’d be SICK.

Some people here would say…”Wow! You weigh 161 lbs??? You’re HUGE!” Yeah, I DO weigh that. And I’m not fat, either. Guess what? Many men I meet love my body and remark that they love a “womanly curvy figure”. To each his own. Some men prefer waifs, petites, brunettes, etc. or healthy women, larger women…whatever. Just LOVE YOURSELF.

The thing that scares me most about this website is I think women are trolling here trying to emulate celebrities and think that they can suddenly be fabulous by attaining “celebrity” sizes/weights/measurements and somehow achieve these goals–which are flat-out publicity lies, to say the least.

Does anyone seriously believe that at 6’0, Brooke Shields is 126 lbs???? And like I said…why lie about this anyway?

Khloe is 5’10″ as am I. I weigh 191 lbs and am a size 14/16. Her butt is bigger than mine – she also gets her jeans like tailored to her. She probably weighs about 175-185.. And is probably a 12 or 14.
Taller people weigh more.

Khloe Kardashian is my inspiration. SHE IS NOT FAT PEOPLE! She’s tall and curvy, which makes her weight appropriate. She is my favorite Kardashian sister and I would love to meet her(: Whoever says she’s fat needs to think about what they’re saying because they need to get more education on what’s healthy and what’s not.
