Heidi Klum Weight Info

Heidi Klum is a well known model, actress, television host, businesswoman, fashion designer, television producer, and occasional singer. She leads an incredibly busy life and is known around the world for her body, her fashion sense and her amazingly good looks. Her weight is the envy of women around the world, and her figure has been an obsession for some. Most women want to know how to get Heidi Klum’s shape and weight.

Heidi has four children and a busy jet setting lifestyle, so to maintain her weight and keep healthy, she has to be careful of what she eats and be sure to take the time to work out. Usually, Heidi Klum’s day starts with a protein shake that contains only 180 calories, and after that, around 10 a.m., she’ll eat breakfast. It’s a 4 egg white omelet that is just loaded with vegetables. Her lunch might be steamed broccoli or broccoli sautéed in olive oil with a boneless skinless chicken breast and a salad. For a midday snack, she will eat about 10 or so raw almonds. At dinner, Klum might have another protein shake or a small meal like a cup of turkey chili. Though, her extremely low carb diet has a few forbidden foods. Corn on the cob and pasta are replaced with lentils or kidney beans. Though, Klum has said, “If I want a banana, I eat a banana.” That altitude helps keep her from feeling deprived. Klum is also a milk lover, saying, “I think milk is very important because it has a lot of nutrition — vitamin D, calcium. It’s good to remind people to drink more of this good white stuff called milk! Don’t forget about it! It’s natural and good for you. I drink it at home, and my children drink it.”

Her trainer has said, “I have the David Kirsch jiggle test. If it jiggles, it ain’t good.” To help Heidi Klum get toned and to bring her weight to it’s ideal point, the two spend mornings doing lunges, core strength exercises, yoga and shadow boxing. Afternoons mean more core work and cardio, which can include 45 minutes on an inclined treadmill or an elliptical trainer. Kirsh and Klum also have hiked and lunged around Los Angeles’ Franklin Canyon. Kirsch said of Klum, “In the first three days she dropped almost two inches from her waist. I’m not going to say she loved every minute, but she was excited at the transformation.”

I’ve been reading the weights on this website and I honestly hope they are inaccurate because if they are accurate then a majority of these women are underweight according to BMI standards. Possibly even severely undernourished depending on the amount of muscle tone they have, which is clearly quite high.

Hello June 22, 2011 at 1:58 am

Another Fatty hatin on us skinny people.

me2 July 4, 2011 at 1:33 am

u really want to be classified as skinny? how ugly, rather be fit and healthy thanks! and Sarah, I think some are inaccurate but there are alot of severely underweight celebrities which is part of the reason why easily influenced people like hello wish to be malnourished

julie July 27, 2011 at 7:05 am

There been pictures of her going around lately that show she probably weighs a lot less than that… she must be doing something right!

Julia July 29, 2011 at 3:20 am

Youll get a lot more sh-t in life generally if youre skinny, I Know. Thank jesus I know. Gets skinny as fast as you can. Healthy is a dumb reaction from the “just 5 more lbs” chubbies.

Girly6 August 1, 2011 at 9:46 pm

I really do think the weights are more accurate than not. They say the camera adds 30 lbs, and yet these women still look skinny. These celebrities are just that thin! Have you seen pics of Keira Knightley? OMG. Anorexic!

I do agree that these weight measurments might be inaccurate, I’m 5’7 and a healthy AUS size 8 and weigh in at 65kgs. I have been told by many trainers that this is perfect and I work out 5 -6 times a week. So I’m failing to see how someone can be 10 or even 5kgs less than me if they are taller and the same size.

lazy February 18, 2012 at 11:45 pm

im also 5’7 and a size 8 weighing about the same as you, but only a few years ago i was 5’7 a size 4/5 weighing about 120-125lbs… i worked out 7 days a week 1-3 hrs a day… i think its just how intense your work out sessions are that could get you down to the weight that these celebs have.. the healthy way… i just kind of got lazy and gave up running =/

Haritha August 6, 2011 at 1:27 pm

Yes it has been proven wrong…. Her measurements are actually 34C-27-34 .

Richard Simmons September 30, 2011 at 9:25 pm

Me2 and Sarah must be a couple of fatties. At 5’9″ and 120 lbs, Heidi should shed a few pounds. I can only imagine what you two heifers look like.

lana May 3, 2012 at 8:43 pm

wtf?richard simons!! have you calculated the bmi for 5”9” and 120 lbs …. u obviously have never headrd of a thing called food!!!

Harriet Florence January 7, 2013 at 8:08 am

if you read any bmi chart it states that if you are 5ft 9 (and im 5ft 10) then you should be between 60 and 75kg, this isnt going to change your mind i know, and also since when did 1 height and 1 weight be a standard. we could all say that one person was skinner than the other if we had two people stand next to each other exactly the same weight and height. AS WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT!
Someone at the top of the ok bmi chart could be healthier than someone at the bottom of their range. & also all those rugby players that are 15stone…at 5ft 8 etc… they are bloody healthy and could probably outdo someone whos healthy. it is all to do with your genes, metabolic rate & digestive system, the science is behind the looks.

wow you guys are all demented!!! im 5’2 and i weigh 123 lbs and my measurements are 34-25-35. i wear a 32D bra size and the doctors i go to all say im perfectly healthy i do 50 sit-ups when i wake up and before i go to bed plus the jumping jacks, jogging, windmeels, push-ups, planks, and mountain-climbers i do with my class every day at school at 2nd period P.E. before our activity. i’m healthy the way i am you guys need to stop thinking you always have to look like celebrities just because they are scrawny and unattractive little shrimps. America Ferrara is the only attractive celebrity because of her real person weight and measurements. don’t get me wrong all celebrities are great at what they do, but they need to stop letting the pressure of the cameras keep them underweight and wimpy-looking. when i become a star singer you all will see that it pays to stand up for yourself and to make people accept you for who you are. and to think that a 13 year old knows more than you idiots do. you’d think you guys would have more self-confidence than this. and no, i’m not an ugly dorky freak. you guys are so puny and feecle minded.

Ummm…I’m 5’7″ and 115 pounds, and I am FOR SURE not malnourished. I’ve even got a little pooch on my belly. Some people are just naturally skinny and curveless, and some women are full and voluptuous, and some are anywhere in the middle. It’s very difficult to imagine yourself having another body type, yes, but understand this: not all skinny people are malnourished or anorexic or abusing themselves or whatever, just like all curvy people do not have an addiction to doughnuts. What I wouldn’t give for just a little curve… Fat just goes straight to my stomach.

petiteme November 14, 2011 at 10:09 pm

Amen to that! being naturally thin, people have always told me that i never eat.. and i eat like a cow. just because someone is naturally slim doesn’t mean they’re malnourished lol ignorants.

Zyxx November 24, 2011 at 2:03 am

Thankk you! i agree with both of u. its such an ignorant statement to say all skinny people are malnourished. we all dont have perfect bodies- get over it. but im naturally thin and tall so when people tell me im underweight and gross or whatever really kills. some poeple need to get over themselves.

Cindy November 21, 2011 at 10:04 am

Wow, seriously? She looks great. And the funny part is she probably is really healthy as well. But in addition, who says people with a lil extra aren’t healthy either? Why does it have to be one or the other? Bigger people need to stop hatin on people that are skinny and skinny people need to stop thinking that a few extra pounds means you look bad and are unhealthy. But personally, I’d rather be her because, in reality, life is so much easier when you look like that. Plain and simple.

bigfun December 12, 2011 at 7:20 pm

hello person if u want to consider that fat the u seriously need your eyes check or your just an Anorexia crack baby yourself cause she is far from being fat i cant understand how people think a woman that is 120 is fat

susan February 15, 2012 at 4:30 am

heidi klum looks fab to me, i wish i had her body then i wouldn’t worry about what to wear i would look great in everything. YES GIVE ME THAT BODY…..think i’ll start a diet and workout plan tomorow lol.

cupcake February 27, 2012 at 5:54 am

don’t be jealous I weigh 85lbs and I’m 5 ft

Gigi June 15, 2012 at 3:40 am

All these celebs are way to skinny I swear I’m only 14 and i weigh. More than twice they do. So I’ve even decided to start running I’m 5’4 and 140 lbs :(

J June 18, 2012 at 8:57 am

Ok, I have to say, I am a fat kid. Like 5’2″ well over 200lb fat kid and all I have to say is that people are people. Some are fat and some are thin. No need to ridicule people for being who they are. Also I am pretty sure these weights are inaccurate considering I have seen the wrong bra sizes listed (I knew because they were fake boobs and in interviews those celebrities mentioned the size) and most of them are just estimations as many of these celebrities have never made their weight public. Also I think it is funny they make Mary Kate Olsen sound so horribly skinny being 5’2″ and 90lbs but I saw another celeb at 5′ and 99lbs and it was nothing.

Oh and i know some of you will probably get the urge to troll for my height and weight but I don’t give a sh-t because I am who I am.

aisha taylor August 3, 2012 at 6:15 pm

are we sure these celebs are measured properly? 4 ins hips is really tiny and i feel i’m very skinny but my hips are 39ins but they dont look like kim kardashian’s :s
